Week 4 EOC: There's An App for That?!?!

There are so many applications out there today that are accessible and helpful. "If you want to see your app come together using a slick web interface, give AppMakr a try. I was wondering why there wasn't an app for women to find their perfect foundation color. It seems simple enough to me.
1. Take a close up picture of the inside of your wrist
2. Submit wrist photo
3. Result will come back showing what makeup you need to get to match your skin tone
